A UK town has been submerged in water after downpours caused horrific flash floods.
The Met Office issued a rare amber weather warning earlier today affecting southwest England, and said two weeks of rain was due to fall in just one hour.
Residents of the coastal Devon town of Dawlish have since shared shocking images of their town to social media, with its major roads overflowing with brown rainwater.

Forecasters warned the conditions could pose threats to human life and cause power cuts.
The amber warning was initially in place until 5.30pm today, while a yellow warning for thunderstorms lasted in the region until 6pm.
Nearby Exeter Airport was also plunged into chaos as its terminal was flooded, prompting bosses to shut the hub and cancel several flights.
A spokesman said: "Following heavy rain today Exeter Airport has had to close due to flooding affecting the terminal."

Police are present at the scene of the floods and have cordoned off a section of road in a bid to protect residents.
However cops slammed drivers recklessly taking to the roads โ despite the Biblical deluge.
One traffic officer said: "The rain is so heavy it is forming small lakes on some stretches of the motorway, yet some drivers are still tearing along at over 70mph.
"They can't see ahead because of the blinding spray, and if they hit one of the sheets of water, their car will aquaplane and take off. Itโs a tragic accident waiting to happen. They're lunatics who could kill other people as well as themselves."
A separate yellow weather warning has been issued across parts of England and is in place from 1pm this afternoon until 6am tomorrow (Monday, September 18).
"There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded quickly, with damage to some buildings from floodwater, lightning strikes, hail or strong winds," the Met Office wrote.
"Where flooding or lightning strikes occur, there is a chance of delays and some cancellations to train and bus services.
"There is a slight chance that power cuts could occur and other services to some homes and businesses could be lost," added the forecaster, before warning there was a "small chance" of danger to life caused by fast-flowing or deep floodwater.
The areas affected include parts of the southeast including London, the East Midlands, the East of England, parts of southwest England including Bournemouth, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, Warwickshire, North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire.
