In the south of the Andalusia region, on the much-loved Costa Del Sol, lies a charming Spanish destination with over 12 miles of coastline.<\/p>\n

Less frequented than nearby tourist hotspots Marbella and Malaga, Estepona is a traditional town known as \u2018The Costa Del Sol Garden\u2019 and is much-loved by Spanish visitors.<\/p>\n

Rightfully earning its affectionate nickname, the colourful cobbled streets of Estepona are adorned with fresh flowers.<\/p>\n

The Old Town is easily walkable and a perfect chance to admire the atmosphere of a traditional Mediterranean town with white houses and vibrant flower pots.<\/p>\n

Gemma Z, a Tripadvisor user from Madrid, urged fellow holidaymakers to \u201cnot miss\u201d’ Estepona, and went on to say: \u201cHighly recommended. Beautiful, clean, colourful, calm but nice ambience. Perfect to walk around and have dinner in any restaurant.”<\/p>\n

While another user named Viajero from Las Palmas, described Estepona as: \u201cWonderful, beautiful and well-kept, one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, with a very special charm and originality.\u201d<\/p>\n

Notable areas include the Plaza de las Flores de Estepona, known to visitors as the Orange Square, which is a great place to grab a bite to eat for hungry holidaymakers of all budgets, and the Paseo Maritimo de Estepona, a stunning newly refurbished pedestrianised beachfront.<\/p>\n

Another Tripadvisor, going by the username Turista-Inglesa, described the Paseo Maritimo de Estepona as: \u201cThe most beautiful promenade you’ve ever seen!\u201d<\/p>\n
