The pint sized punch was previously banned by Brussel&apos;s officials.<\/p>\n<p>Sir Winston Churchill once claimed that a pint of champagne was \u201cenough for two at lunch and one at dinner\u201d. Plans were originally set to bring the drinks back in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>However, legal delays mean that it could now come back in 2024.
