East of England

Stuart Banks, tree & woodlands advisor, said: “One of my favourite places in the East of England is Blickling. Its hero trees for autumn colour are beech which turn a vibrant bronze. And the colour is amplified when reflected in the lake which sits central to the park.”

The Blickling Estate encompasses 4,600 acres of woodland and parkland and sits within Norfolk’s Bure Meadows.

South West

John Lanyon, head gardener at Glendurgan, said: “As the leaves turn, visitors exploring our gardens can get a slice of the grand North American autumn without needing to jump on a plane, enjoying vivid colours that one would expect in places like Virginia and Florida – in Cornwall.”
