For my airline you can book for standby &#8211; meaning if there are empty seats on the airplane, you can get on based on your seniority.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;And I would say new is considered at least five years or less.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/03\/22\/76132821-12590211-image-a-125_1696366944531.jpg\" height=\"833\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Kat said the\u00a0&#8216;intense&#8217; training lasted for two months and consisted of &#8216;six days a week and 15-hour days&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/03\/21\/76131947-12590211-image-m-115_1696366019402.jpg\" height=\"511\" width=\"306\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/03\/21\/76131949-12590211-image-m-117_1696366068095.jpg\" height=\"511\" width=\"306\"><\/p>\n<p>She also criticized the hierarchical system and demanding passengers &#8211; among other bugbears<\/p>\n<p>The content creator, who now has more than one million followers on the video-sharing platform, continued: &#8216;The next thing is the training is so intense.\u00a0I had to do two months of training &#8211; it was six days a week, we did 15-hour days.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;You take a million different types of tests and if you don&#8217;t pass tests within 80 per cent of above, they kick you out of the program.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Another issue she said was simply &#8216;the people,&#8217; before adding: &#8216;People think flight attendants are there just to serve you drinks &#8211; and truly, we&#8217;re there for your safety first.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;People are traveling when they are in the hardest times of their life.
