He then allegedly went to facility where he shot a teacher in a classroom. De Telegraaf report that the woman was the neighbour who reported Fouad&apos;s animal abuse two years ago, but police wont comment on this.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31057837.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_THP_CHP_280923Slug_1367JPG.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>He violently abused his pet and was given just 40 hours community service for the crimes in December 2021, according to reports in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>Reports said Fouad was boozed up on a litre of liquor and beers when he kicked the rabbit and put a brick onto its body. A veterinarian was forced to end the rabbit&apos;s life.<\/p>\n<p>He reportedly told a judge he was so drunk he experienced psychosis. Fouad was also suspected of shooting a pigeon with a crossbow. The 32-year-old man was previously convicted for other minor crimes. <\/p>\n<p>De Stentor reported that students at Erasmus MC were seen rushing out of the campus today with their hands up, without shoes, and many of them were crying.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;We just had to run away from the arrest team to behind the school.
