Looking for a bargain city break? Britons on a budget might want to avoid a few European destinations if they\u2019re trying to save money.<\/p>\n
The travel experts at Bounce have found the world\u2019s most expensive city breaks and one of them is in the UK.<\/p>\n
The team looked at the price of hotel rooms, restaurant meals, alcohol and taxis to find the priciest spots.<\/p>\n
Due to a fall in the pound, Britons are facing higher prices in several of their favourite holiday destinations including France and Spain.<\/p>\n
But where are the world\u2019s most expensive destinations?<\/p>\n

A meal at an average restaurant came in at \u00a319.<\/p>\n In Europe, Dublin topped the list with a hotel room coming in at \u00a3312 per night. Despite cheap flights to the Irish capital from many of the UK\u2019s major airports, accommodation and meals could push Britons\u2019 budgets to breaking point.<\/p>\n Unsurprisingly, Oslo was the third most expensive city on the list.
