\u201cEverything started to shake and the rumble was very loud,\u201d she said. \u201cIt was hard to get any coherent thoughts together other than \u2018stay alive\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe first hid under the desk out of fear of the building collapsing.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Helen arrived on September 1 and is set to travel back to Wales on Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n
