A very lucky bloke who lost his job of 20 years was rewarded with a whopping \u00a3230k lottery win on the very same day.<\/p>\n

Eric Abbott thought his life was heading in the wrong direction recently when he was booted from his unidentified job.<\/p>\n

But he was given life-changing news when an email informed him he had won the huge prize despite losing in the first round.<\/p>\n

The lottery he won was the Lonoke, Arkansas, United States, Play It Again draw.<\/p>\n

He initially had a non-winning scratch card for it, but ended up winning in the second round.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cI woke up around 5am and decided to check my emails.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was shocked when I came across a lottery email saying I had won in one of those second-chance drawings!<\/p>\n

\u201cI immediately thought it was a scam, so I checked The Club website to see if my name was listed and called the lottery to confirm my win.\u201d<\/p>\n

The lucky man said his parents were the first ones he told about the lottery win.<\/p>\n

When asked about how he plans to spend the prize, he revealed he will first treat himself with a new car and use the rest to help his family and friends.<\/p>\n
