The all-inclusive Wyndham Alltra Samana in the Dominican Republic is taking reservations ahead of its Dec. 1 opening.<\/p>\n
Managed by Playa Hotels & Resorts, the resort will be the first Wyndham Alltra on a Caribbean island (existing Alltra’s are in Mexico: Cancun, Riviera Nayarit and Playa del Carmen).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Related: Dominican Republic out to prove it’s more than Punta Cana<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Rebranded from the previous Grand Paradise Samana, Wyndham Alltra Samana has been going through a renovation of all resort rooms and public spaces. The upper-midscale resort offers guests a private beachfront, live entertainment, access to four pools and nearly a dozen bars and restaurants.<\/p>\n The 404 rooms at the resort range from standard king and queen configurations to family suites and bungalows, while available activities include horseback riding, bicycle tours, sailing and swimming.<\/p>\n Rates at the Wyndham Alltra Samana start at $198 per night (double occupancy).<\/p>\n
