Three separate motorcycle crashes in Denver on Wednesday afternoon.

Three separate traffic crashes involving motorcycles happened Wednesday afternoon in about a two-hour span, according to Denver police.

A serious-injury crash, between a motorcycle and semi-truck, happened at the intersection of Smith Road and Dahlia Street, police said on Twitter at 2:46 p.m.

A motorcycle and vehicle crash was reported at South Poplar Street and East Hampden Avenue, police said. One person was taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries. Crash information was posted by police at 4:37 p.m. on Twitter.
