Donald Trump served as US President for four years before losing the 2020 election to Joe Biden. The former President and his wife Melania departed Washington for Florida in January.

During her father’s presidency, Ivanka served as Advisor to the President and the Director of Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship.

Her husband, Jared Kushner, also served as senior adviser to his father-in-law President Trump.

A source told Fox News that Ivanka is “focusing on family time” at the moment.

A source also told the media outlet that Jared is writing a book.

Ivanka and Jared were spotted on Sunday walking the family dog, Winter, near their Florida apartment.

Winter was given to the couple’s eldest child Arabella on her eighth birthday in July 2019.

Last month, Jared started nonprofit The Abraham Accords Peace Institute.

During his time in the White House, Jared worked on the Abraham Accords which some experts touted as an “historic peace agreement”.

When the agreement was made, Israel and the UAE said they would continue efforts to “achieve a just, comprehensive and enduring resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.”

According to the New York Times, Jared wants a “simpler” relationship with former President Trump.

A source also told Fox News that despite this he remains “close” and “speaks regularly” to his father-in-law.
